Getting Started
1. Set Up Your Account
Create your account in our software and complete the initial setup:

2. Connect With Our Team
To ensure fast and clear communication as we process your items:
- Share your Microsoft Teams ID or email (Basecamp clients will use Campfires)
- If you don’t have Microsoft Teams, please share your email, and then we’ll create a group chat for direct communication with our warehouse team.
- Share the name of your Amazon or Walmart store so we can properly link your account
3. Shipping Your Inventory
Once your account is set up, you can begin shipping items to our facility.
